Steve Aoki earns his best sales week for an album as Neon Future . I starts at No. 1 on Dance/Electronic Albums, selling 10,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. While Aoki had hit the top 10 twice before, with 2008's Pillowface and His Airplane Chronicles and 2012's Wunderland, Neon Future . I marks the DJ's first No. 1.
Neon Future . I also marks Aoki's best Billboard 200 position, entering at No. 32. Over on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Aoki's team-up with Chris Lake and Tujamo, along with Kid Ink's vocals, "Delirious (Boneless)," rises 13-11. "Boneless," originally released a year earlier as an instrumental, peaked at No. 17, while the reworked version with vocals has risen to No. 9.
