You would think someone as VIP as Rihanna would be able to effortlessly navigate her way through the airport.
But it appears that isn't necessarily the case.
MailOnline has obtained exclusive video of the 26-year-old star having trouble going through airport security as she took a flight out of Miami on Thursday.
It may not have helped that she was carrying a clutch with handguns printed on it.
She arrived for the flight a bit too blinged out as the singer, born Robyn Fenty, struggled as she had to remove articles of jewellery and clothing piece-by-piece until the metal detector stopped beeping.
As she was forced to take off more and more of her belongings, the singer seemed to become increasingly upset until she finally tossed one of her black leather boots to the ground. Perhaps it was a steel toe on her choice of footwear that caused the problem as she was able to get through shortly after removing the shoes.
...
It definitely was not an underwire bra that prevented her from getting security as she wore a clingy - albeit hole-ridden - black dress without the support of a bra for the day of travel.

Other than having to strip off her jewellery and clothing at the metal detector, RiRi appeared to be in a pleasant mood for the day of travel, moving through the terminal at a nice easy pace.
It's funny seeing a star like Rihanna struggling with airport security just like everyone else. I don't blame her for getting a little frustrated, and it's nice to see that having to go through the metal detector five times didn't ruin her good mood.
