A desperate homeowner trying to sell his dilapidated house in Detroit has said he is willing to swap the property for an iPhone 6.
For months the detached two-story, three-bedroom building has been on the market but even with a £2,000 asking price he has been unable to shift the building in the bankrupt Michigan city.
Now the owner, who lives in Austria and has never visited the house, has told his estate agent he is willing to exchange the property for the new Apple phone or even 32GB iPad
Some places are really bad, I actually live in the middle of Michigan. In a town called Grand Rapids. Fairly big, lots of stuff to do, I like it. In this area medical and technology are huge. The problem we run into a lot is that so much of our work force were old factory workers that have no other skills then how to work at a factory.
What? That's it? Because the people in it isn't capable of doing the job, so the factories don't want to invest there?
i thought it was because the crime rates or anything similar.
