She acted like she really cared for the guy. He was hardly a huge criminal, all he did was stealing from some shops, he isn't really a danger to citizens, so he deserves a little sympathy. A couple of thousand dollars is nothing compared to her $150m networth. She could've easily helped him out.
She was on live tv CRYING because she felt bad for him, yet she couldn't even pay his bail?
After all she isn't his mother or forced to pay for him for the rest of his life.
