Can I share an unpopular opinion? While it's not her duty to discuss such a private issue, if she ever chose to speak up and share if she was positive, she could be a really strong role model for those currently ashamed about their status. By no means she should be feel coerced into doing it, but still, it'd be a good use of her position as an influential figure.
