It's actually extremely close. I'd give the edge to Madonna though. Her talent has lead to her career lasting 30+ years. Gaga has talents too it's just not as obvious
It depends on what. Gaga is a musician and madonna is not. So obviously Gaga is more talented as a musician. As far as business, madonna is more talented as a business woman while Gaga is not that talented. She needs heavy management and guidance.
