Just maybe she was wearing push-up or something. Just maybe? But they are probably doing this on purpose. Body-shaming is good clickbait.
My nose sure as hell does not look exactly similar to what it looked like when i was a teenager. Somebody must have done plastic surgery on it while i was asleep.

Seriously, her nose looks EXACTLY the same as at the beginning of her career. Even celebs whose noses who significantly different like Kim K... most of the time it's just lighting and contouring makeup.
I'm not saying this cause I'm a stan and I'm trying to like protect her image or something but this is 100% ********. Her nose has looked basically exactly the same her entire career. Her face has changed and matured with age but not significantly and there's just no way she got a nose job.
If you're going to make a case you should at least provide two images where the lighting and pose is the same.
