I don't like how he seems to be praising while shaming everything she's done in the past.

People will read this as shade, but it isn't.

This is coming from a man who lived in a completely different era of "Pop" music.

While I don't disagree with what he said about the GP, I hate how the GP is so basic and thinks that just because you sing dance songs and your music isn't mainly power ballads or slow acoustic or piano ballads, that you're not a good singer (and by the same token, if you DO sing those genres, you ARE a great vocalist regardless of how **** you are live *cough*alicia*cough*). They should have known she had vocals regardless (if nothing else, at least from DWUW) but they're basic af so yeah, probably a lot of people will be just now realizing Gaga is actually a strong vocalist.

That shade is well-deserved. Who wasn't tired of her ****? Also, she looks like legendary chanteuse Amanda Miguel.
