Alica Keys seems like a likely candidate for a GH, as she's in this business for over 10 years, same with Shakira. Beyoncé (solo) and Rihanna also seem likely, as they both have huge hits, but they are not as long in the business as Alicia and Shakira.
The others you mention are way too new, have only a few albums or don't have enough hits to fill a GH.
Rihanna has at least 12 memorable songs, so she could pull off a very successful greatest hit album right now.
I think that it'd disappoint her fanbsae though. They should do it after R8, because they're thirsty for NEW music (although an album that actually sells would quench their thirst a bit).
The other artists have no need for a greatest hits, if I'm being real (they need more hits/years in the business first). Heck, Katy and Lady should wait at least one or two albums before releasing a greatest hits album, too.
