I thought there was meant to be a complete redesign to ATRL? Whatever happened to that?

Ugh, I just hate how slow it has been for a while now, or is it just me? It takes like a whole minute to start load anything on a page...

It happens to me, too. And sometimes during certain hours it won't load at all. That problem is IP related though.
