I'm sorry, but i have to strongly disagree.
She has nothing on itunes, mediabase, billboard, so saying she's the breakthough artist is a big stretch. All she has is youtube so far and Justin's word-of-mouth so im not quite convinced yet

butttttt i have heard her song "Outta Here" and it is decent, just not Breakthought artist enough

Though it's not summer, I would have to say Miss Hilson is the breakthrough artist considering how "knock you down" does though
