The North Korean Foreign Minister has informed the UN they want reunification with South Korea, so they can be one country again. They would like a single country with two different systems in it, so a capitalist and communist part.

This is surprising news since just days ago it was announced Kim Jung Un is not doing well. He has not been seen in public for weeks.

The NK government poisoned Kim Jong Un so they could take over and make the country relatively normal. Maybe that's why he hasn't been seen and why the country is doing stuff like this

I believe this. A lot of DPRK leaks say that there was a power-struggle between the government and the Kim family/supporters

That will never happen and no one here wants it to happen anyway.
