Hannah Montana: The Movie | $17.3 million opening day!
With most of Hollywood (including myself) expecting an opening in the mid-$20M’s for Hannah Montana The Movie (Disney), Miley has surprised “grown-ups” with her box office clout once again. The picture opened with $17.39M on Good Friday, and it could reach an estimated $39M by the end of Easter weekend, making it the all-time #2 opening for the bunny holiday weekend. It is even possible that it will surpass $40M, which would be the all-time #1 Easter Weekend opening. These young skewing movies are tricky to project, and the Easter Weekend, where Saturday traditionally drops from Friday, makes it even more complicated.

we hear more negative things about her because we read up on her and her wild antics for a 16 year old. Little girls who watch the show and worship the music are not rummaging around perezhilton trying to see skanky pictures of her, or her date nights with her 21 YEAR OLD boyfriend. So that's why we hear more negative things about her.

Also at the end when they're doing the credits they show different cast members dancing and when they show Tyra she's doing some of the wild African dances from Deja Vu and being all wild and silly, lol.
