MESS. So because they dress well, they can't be activists? They are using their power for good, and that is all that should matter. A lot of people look up to them, and to speak on certain issues they care about raises awareness, if nothing else. The same thing can be said for her, she is just a reality show contestant, what place does she have criticizing actors and actresses? She's probably just angry at her own ugliness.

There is literally zero logic to the idea that just because they're talented as actors it means that they therefore are not allowed to have an opinion or attempt to make a difference to issues they clearly genuinely care about.

The only thing Katie Hopkins is good at is being caught having sex in a field however that doesn't stop her repeatedly trying to cross over into being some self-proclaimed TV and social media bitch.

Being an activist mean "Campaigning for social or political change". Talking about an issue is campaigning for it, especially when your outreach is huge. If there are 1000 Emma Watson fans who aren't educated about women's rights, and then watch Emma Watson speak on women's rights, that's 1000 more people who are informed about women's rights. A little goes a long way.
