I think it's either Ave Maria (those opera vocals she served at the end), or I Care (that bridge, when she sings along with the guitar), or 1+1.
But I'm not musically trained, so that's just my guesses.

Hard to say but what immediately comes to mind would probably be love on top, you need really good pitch to stay on key throughout the key changes, especially if you're not a soprano. Vocal stamina is also a must.
Listen & If I Were A Boy are challenging but a few other divas can pull them... on the other hand I CARE, LOVE ON TOP and LOST YO MIND...
I'm sure those few other divas could pull off those songs too though. It's not as if Beyoncé has some vocal key to unlock these songs that other talented singers don't have.

Her unique style makes them vocally challenging to begin with, but in all those songs she's also rap-singing entire sentences in the 5th octave. They require some serious vocal stamina.

Bey has a number of songs that are challenging in different ways, but Love on Top is usually the first that comes to mind for me, for all of the above reasons. The key changes towards the end are killer!
