The frustration in her team and with her is that they really have no clue about her. There have been a lot of struggles since signing to them.
Rocnation is behind the tour as well... They decide how the budget is spend and everything... Who's coming on tour and who's not needed etc.

Kylie's rumored to debut a new track soon. All these are posts from a very reliable Kylie insider on Kylie's fan forum. Apparently there has been some frustration among her team and she's unhappy.
We all know the KMO era was a bit of a mistake, it looks like Kylie wants to release some of the material which didn't make the album but Roc Nation are dragging their feet because they don't know how to handle her/what direction to take.
Hot and dancey, let her release it please.
