Nah I saw someone comment on Dawns IG asking if the rumors were true that DK3 is back and she said not that she's aware of.

Who the **** knows, and I don't really care anymore.

But it does seem very unlikely that they were able to just split and call it quits like that. They clearly worked with numerous producers and spent plenty of studio time with them, only to not release anything. If they were paying these producers and the studios they used, I can't imagine the money came straight out of their pockets. It was surely either from a third party (label) or else there was a financial agreement in place based on the album.
