I don't see why she couldn't. I'm sure they didn't just throw the Born This Way Ball's stage away - it's probably in a warehouse somewhere with other past things that she's used. As for the dancers, a quick call is all that's needed to bring them back. But if a few decline or are busy, there's really nothing wrong with using new dancers.
