Wait, the baby was in a toilet bowl the whole time? How did it not drown? That's lucky!
Maybe it has something to do with the 1992 Energy Policy Act that mandated 1.6 gallon-per-flush low-flow toilets in all residences?
If the baby fell into a mid-1980s 3.5 gpf American Standard or some 7 gpf monster from the 1950s it might not be alive right now.
Normally I am opposed to these smaller toilets, but in this case it might have been, dare I say, a good thing!
