I just saw it in my liked videos on youtube and I usually don't like looking back and fuming over things "this should've been a single" type of way

Yes or No ? Just listen to the synths etc. I stanned for it to be the 2nd single, until the album came out and I heard the album version (which I still love).

Any version could have been

People make a big deal about the album version but it's really not incredibly different, not enough to stop it from becoming a hit.

No it's not. The itunes one is the same as the album version but with a new bridge + back vocals etc. (and of course live instruments cuz it was live).

This one is different. Just listen to the chorus and the synths "Last nigh" and then listen to the synths they are different from both the Itunes fest version and the Album one..

+ I also prefer the album version over the Itunes one..
