Not to mention the song choices. It's too traditional jazz. They're all covers. Should have gone for original material with slightly modern twist.
This one is a little better than Anything Goes... but it won't be on anyone's radar either. It's her choice though, as long as she's happy hanging out with Tony thinking she's earning herself a legend status.
Sad, cause I was really excited about this jazz direction.

You are a complete MESS.
This album will be far more successful than ARTPOP. Her voice is one of the most beautiful voices out there right now. Gaga has been praised for her astonishing vocals by numerous legends (Sting, Cher, Yoko Ono, Rolling Stones, Bryan May, etc.) and most importantly by someone who was won SEVENTEEN Grammy awards, a true jazz legend - Tony Bennett.
Actually, exactly this jazz legend chose Gaga. He loved her voice since day one.
Whether this is original material or traditional jazz (what Tony & Gaga wanted) it's not up to you or any of us.
Nature Boy is by far the best single. She is the ARTIST and she decides what she must do or sing in order to express herself.
And this era is not about becoming a legend, she already is. She is the ultimate pop star of this generation whether people care to admit or just hate on her because of one less successful era (which is actually more successful than some of her contemporaries').
I'm actually sad for you because you have been missing the point of all of this. Your arguments are ALL invalid.
PS: I'll see you at the Grammys.
