Hmm no. Beach House is a primar example of nowaday´s dream pop. And they heavily draw inspiration from posted bands.

Most of my favourite bands (Diiv, Dum Dum Girls, Radio Dept, Cults) are described as dream pop/shoegaze and there are almost zero similarities between their music and Ultraviolence

You said it yourself, they're shoegazing bands. Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, Mazzy Star, The Sundays are dream pop acts and Lana was clearly inspired by this sound on "Ultraviolence". Stan for The Radio Dept. though.
