If there are more songs on the album where her voice is like 50% of the song then I'd find it extremely weird to release those songs or make videos for them without her even being alive anymore.

They can release it. They will give any of her earnings to her family.

imagine hearing half and album with Simone then the next song starts with her vocals half way through the song her vocals are no longer heard cause she couldn't finish recording it
