The woman claims that her eggs were trafficked without her knowledge or consent ... and they were used by Mariah to birth her 2 children.
She is demanding full parental rights, wants a financial settlement agreement with Mariah & Nick and is requesting all parental rights be taken away from the soon to be divorced couple. The lawsuit also states that she was in communication with Mariah & Nick around the time of birth ... but no agreement was made because she has now taken the pop star to federal court
The same woman, named Tina Seals, has claimed in the past to have been Beyonce's surrogate, and North Kardashian-West's biological mother.
Tina Seals has previously filed similar suits against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in regards to North West, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson in regards to Michael Jackson’s children Prince, Paris and Blanket, and even the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge!
