what's happening to my avie ?
my avie doesn't load and it just appears this pic
i also see some members have the same problem, anybody know how to fix it ?

It means the image has been viewed too many times and exceeded Photobuckets bandwidth limit.
You should re-upload it to
imgur.com
or
minus.com
; they pretty much don't have any caps.
