I think she's being intentionally coy. Either we're getting a solo album and ND album in a relatively short span of time (aka not 11 years dd), or they're gonna go all out and drop both

No Doubt were in the studio in 2013 and wrote ~10 songs before going on hiatus when Tony's wife and Gwen got pregnant. Gwen has been working with multiple producers in 2014 for a rumored solo album sometime before Christmas
I've been saying on the ND forums that they should try to do a double release (No Doubt AND solo albums), but everyone thinks that's crazy and impossible dd. But imagine if they did it?
I might just be reaching for the stars, but there have been some small hints that ND are working on stuff this year.
