Caitlin Crosby has an awesome husky voice, like Kelly meets Ashlee, but better. She looks like Samaire Armstrong meets Jaime Pressly. Her first single "Still Have My Heart" is FAR more Regina Spektor/Feist-sounding than anything else. I can tell VH1 would love it. Her old stuff on her EP has a more Colbie Cailatt feel to it.
However, her new songs really remind me of those big Kelly Clarkson/Katy Perry rock/pop ballads that I love.
You should really check out "Generation", "Today", and especially "Flawz". They are the most pop-rock of her songs. "Flawz" had a new sleek re-recorded version posted the other day, though I think I liked the old one better. It's a gorgeous song with awesome lyrics. Her album will be fantastic.

(Oh, and apparently she's also an actress. She's been on several TV shows and indie movies. Afterglow probably knows her best as the hippie Rayne Bow from an episode of That's So Raven.)
