Ricky Martin to release first English album in a decade

Ricky Martin is working on new music for what looks set to be his first English-language album in a decade.
“I am (planning another album),” Martin says in the lead-up to Monday night’s Grand Final of The Voice.
“I am working on it at the moment. I’m not going to rush it but the idea is to do music within the next few months and an album as well. It is going to be great.”
Martin’s last album of new music was 2011’s Spanish-language Musica + Alma + Sexo. His last English-language album was 2005’s Life.
His albums, including his Spanish-language ones, have some really good singles but the albums as whole things are poor and weak compared to other male musicians and other latin musicians.
