You use that phrase as if no names were given. The OP mentions three people: Stephanie McMahon, Brie Bella and Nicki Bella. Those are the identities of 'these people'
In the gifs provided in the OP, you would see that the action is taking place in a wrestling ring because as established in the title, Stephanie McMahon is finally wrestling, and when someone wrestles, they do it in a wrestling ring.
With the title itself and the abundance of gifs provided in the OP, you wouls now that since they're in a wrestling ring, showing physicality and that Stephenie McMahon is finally wrestling (the word used in the title), you can conclude that they are wrestling.
