(Rumor) Ashley Tisdale Song- "Blame It On The Beat"
This was announced and registered on ASCAP. The song is called "Blame It On the Beat." There has yet to be any confirnation on this, so it is just a rumor for now.
It's not a rumor if its up on ASCAP.
It means she actually did record a song titled "Blame It On the Beat".
What we don't know is if it will be the lead single or if it will even make the album.
I really like that title so I hope we get to hear what it sounds like.
^in the beginning they did **** with Headstrong...but they made it up to her in the end...
she got promo for Europe...3 additional music videos and a music video DVD...not to mention they sent 2 of her songs to radio and they sent her on a radio promo tour duing her mall tour...Raven would have been happy with that promo...Corbin would have happy too
^But the beginning screwed up her chances in the end. They barely ever did anything after HSSS. NLT and Suddenly should've at least had adds dates like BGTM and HSSS (which were 8 months apart from each other, and BGTM's was two months too late, and same goes for HSSS's)
NLT should have had an ads date but she is really lucky that Suddenly didn't get an ads date or much publicity because she would have received the same comments/backlash that Vanessa got with Sneakernight. Ashley sounded reallly bad in that song...she sounds much better in songs likes HSSS than she does in ballads.
But to tell you the truth I'm not suprised that NLT didn't get an ads date...HSSS barely made top 40 on radio and it had a lot of publicty plus a commercial helping it. Plus the album was too old. I could have understood a 3rd radio single if they would have done a re-release like they were planning with a new song...but I honestly think the album would have been too old by the 3rd single if they weren't planning on having new tracks on the album.

That's what I was trying to get at. They waited way too long for HSSS's and BGTM's adds dates. BGTM, if they wanted as first single, should've gone in December or January, and HSSS could've gone by April or May, then the third single still would've done fairly well.

Exactly. They absolutely killed any chance she could've had to be successful with Headstrong, but i do have a good feeling about this new project if her label don't screw up again. Z100 added her Christmas song last year, so there's a great chance they will add her single too if it's a good song.
Headstrong was such a masterpiece.. too bad Warner ruined it
With the right promo this would have done really well..
HSSS did well tho.. Not Like That should have had ads :-/
I cant wait for this to leak.. the tittle is hot
Tizz is coming back yall!
BTW.. how many copies has headstrong sold? WW
No, the rumor was that if this was the 1st single, which it isn't. They are deciding between 2 songs at the moment. We are to hear new stuff in a month or two. The song is real, only we don't know if it will be included in the album
