I wouldn't want to ruin my body, I'd pay a surrogate mother.

What if men could get pregnant? I guess they'd have babies.

Gay couples wouldn't have to depend upon adoption/ surrogate mothers, which can be pricey + restrictive in who is able to actually acquire a child through those means.
