He has always painted/emulated anything he sees. This is literally nothing new
And he commented "wow" on a really really really amazingly, creepily realistic looking photo-shopped picture. That's it. He would have commented on the manip regardless of who it was. He loves art.
He is not the least bit worried about Rihanna
If anything, he has been feining over Kae through social media. Let it go.
