The first part (not the fast verse) sounds like something out of the Music era sort of. It has the same nasal quality as Madonna's voice.

Definitely not GaGa. Sounds like one of those cheap "DJ Remixes" that try to be her (and everybody else--they use some sort of "stock voice" for all female artists).
