Gaga's last tour (born This Way ball) was received poorly there when Madonna was touring Latin America in 2012 and she outsold Gaga 3 tickets to 1.
Did Gaga stop being a force in that region?
Why didn't she book at least 1 show in Mexico or Brazil?
Well first off, it's impossible for a country to tour. It's fixed onto the earth. Secondly, it's also impossible for a person to be a country. Gaga can't be a "touring Latin America".
