Michael Jackson's new music video will become the first ever to premiere exclusively on Twitter. 'A Place With No Name' will be serviced as the second official single to be lifted from the star's latest posthumous album Xscape.
Any accompanying short film will be embedded in a tweet sent out through his official Twitter handle @MichaelJackson at 10pm on August 13. The short film - directed by Samuel Bayer (The Rolling Stones, Nirvana) - will also be simultaneously broadcast on the Sony screen in Times Square, New York City.
'A Place With No Name' is a re-envisioned version of America's 1972 classic 'A Horse With No Name', which was originally recorded by Jackson with Dr Freeze back in 1998.
This is getting a bit ridiculous, just let him live in peace, Sony are obviously making a lot of money from this premiere, it will make fans happy though so I suppose, let this be his last album please
