Yeah, well the US has its fingers in many pies as well. It's hypocritical to be pressed at Russia when the US has done and is doing just as much if not more.

I'm not huge on how the American media and its politicians have been painting Russia and Putin as evildoers who need to be put in their place, but the parallels of Russia right now and pre-WWII Germany are very relevant and should be noted.

You're right that they're painting them in a negative light. However, how can you compare Hitler and Putin without making it "negative" or "evildoer-like". After all, Hitler was confirmed to be an evildoer. Also that's the media, the same thing is happening in Russia: propaganda is on both sides.
