Taylor Swift, the best-selling musical artist of 2008, will guest star in an upcoming episode of the CBS Paramount Network Television and Jerry Bruckheimer Television series, "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," on the CBS Television Network.

Taylor will play Haley Jones, a teenaged girl whose family runs a seedy Vegas motel. Over the course of a year, Haley goes through a series of changes that have tragic consequences.

I can't wait to see Taylor on CSI... I think it will be a challenging role for her.

I also just saw that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz will be guest staring on CSI: New York at some point... maybe they are trying to capture a younger audience...?
