I would say the "big 3" (London, NYC, Paris), Rome, and Barcelona
And not to mention, most tourists there don't even experience the actual charms of the respective cities. Times Square is the biggest tourist trap in the U.S., people go to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame and say "Paris is so great!"
Also, Dubai. What an abomination to Planet Earth Building ugly buildings just for show, wasting exorbitant amounts of water
Paris. In my opinion, it smelled bad, the people were extremely rude and recalcitrant, and it was quite dirty. Some of its beauty makes up for it, but it is vastly romanticized and overrated.
LA is pretty gross and so, so boring. Like the Hollywood walk of fame is all there is to do and it's so boring. The city just feels so flat and completely void of culture. And everyone there seems so vapid. It's the city of broken dreams.

Dubai is amazing.
I think its excess adds to its appeal. It's built on desert soil anyway so its existence in itself is a marvel.
There's latterly nothing special about that place
