how can i get a skinny lean body
im 205lb but really buff and strong but I wanna start playing soccer more.....any tips on how to cut fast? good meals?

just run and lift weights . don't cut food because if you do you will get wrinkles from extreme fat loss

Cardio will make you lean.
Lifting will most likely buff you up.
Do cardio + body weight exercise only for leanness.
And swimming is good too,

cut soda and junk foods, eat 5x a day in small portion with a lot of protein,
do some full body workout!

you can exercise but it won't do much unless you have a good diet as well.
