It's been dead for a while and the site has moved on. If it came back first week (months?) would just be friends joking around throwing lame drags at each other for attention.
First person to seriously do "let's take this to NHB" would get laughed at.
One thing that concerns me about NHB returning is that, if it were taken seriously, it would be FULL of drags that the targets aren't even aware of because people would be too eager to make a cool drag at someone who bothers them to actually tell the member "hey, I'm dragging the piss out of you right now". And you know, the person never seeing it kind of makes it a waste of time, right?
