8. "Bad Romance" By Lady Gaga
Gaga quickly became the fashionista of the moment in 2009 when she strutted across the floor in a pair of infamous Alexander McQueen stilettos (and not much else!) in this video.
7. "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" By Cyndi Lauper
For this video's memorable dance scene, Cyndi donned a playful red dress she found at New York City vintage store, Screaming Mimi's. So chic.
6. "Sweet Escape" By Gwen Stefani
Gwen Stefani's gorgeous and pinup-worthy jailbird look in this prison-themed video. Plus, who wouldn't love Gwen's Rapunzel moment when she donned two 50-foot-long cornrow braids!
5. "Oops!... I Did It Again" By Britney Spears
When Britney released the first video from her second album for “Oops! … I Did It Again,” she shed her innocent, school-girl persona and reinvented herself as a sexy vixen in a tight, red latex jumpsuit. The futuristic video also had some awesome dancing and a pretty memorable shout-out to Titanic, but Brit's catsuit totally stole the show.
4. "If I Could Turn Back Time" By Cher
The singer wore her famously revealing one-piece in this 1989 video, which was later banned from MTV for being too scandalous! At least her larger-than-life curls make up for the sklmpy outfit! This iconic look resurfaced almost 25 years ago when Cher wore the outfit again at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2010.
3. "Thriller" By Michael Jackson
No one will ever forget this zombie-inspired video in which the King of Pop wore a studded, red leather jacket with an "M" logo and those cool, constructed shoulders. This jacket is so iconic, in fact, that it sold for $1.8 million in a 2011 auction.
2. "...Baby One More Time" By Britney Spears
It was originally suggested the high school students in this 90s video wear simple jeans and t-shirts. But, the switch to the bubblegum-pop look worn by Britney and her dancers (complete with furry hair accessories!) catapulted Brit-Brit into fame and gave us one of the most memorable fashion moments in music.
1. "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" By Beyoncé
All the Bob Fosse-inspired dancing aside, the black, one-sleeved leotard, heels, big hair and titanium glove worn by Beyoncé in this video became instantly iconic. And, the look was so infamously fierce it was re-created by countless stars, including Justin Timberlake, Andy Samberg, and many, many more. All hail Queen Bey.
