what are some common grammar mistakes you do or have seen others do?

I'm tired of seeing Its and It's mistakes.

The "their, they're, there" mistakes are pretty tiring

I only just found out a little while ago that it's apparantly instead of appearantly

Prepositions

Could of
Should of
Would of
Where you at/ending with totally unnecessary prepositions
Affect/effect
Lay/lie
Using pronouns incorrectly when talking about more than one person

I do knew what your talking about?

This bugs me to no end for some reason.

I don't know if it's a mistake, but passive voice bugs me sometimes. Example: the single was released by the singer yesterday (passive - annoys me) vs. the singer released a single yesterday (active - sounds good!)

I know one that I struggle with is Then and Than...

l can't tell the difference between affect and effect.

AFFECT is what someone does to something. EFFECT is what happens after.

However, I will admit, I do get a little confused when dealing with "to" & "too".
