In Australia we say "Et setch-rah"

People do pronounce it as ekcetera. It's not really on purpose though, it's more of not putting the emphasis on the T.

A lot of people do. Up until today I thought it's because they were a BIT uneducated, but then I checked Wikipedia and it lists both pronunciations as correct. So my plans to school someone collapsed.

To be honest I always just said it as the actual letters E-T-C before. I think I only say it as ek cetera because I heard it from others.
