Stop or at least cut down on the consumption of meat to eliminate factory farming and use the massive amounts of extra grain, land, and water made available due to the disbarment of factory farms to nourish the significant percentage of the planet that is starving. This would also eliminate the leading source of greenhouse emissions. A true 1-2 Punch. (It would do so much more too honestly.)
