French Quarter! You just have to experience that and since it's your 21st definitely go down Bourbon St. Go inside all the voodoo shops. Go do the LaLaurie mansion tour! Also drive past the superdome so you can know where the superbowl has been multiple times. One restaurant I always eat at is Middendorfs!
