Why do you think the Miley assisted funk track hasn't smashed yet?

The "HEY!" after every second in the song is too annoying for the GP.

the lack of promo maybe and people may need a break from pharrell after happy's domination.

Overshadowed by 'Happy', which had also killed 'Marilyn Monroe'. This happens usually when lead singles are massive worldwide. The follow-ups just can't smash.

It's just overshadowed by "Happy". I think he should release a video like next month and do a little promo and it could go like Top 40.

Its not that great. Mileys vocals dont fit that sound at all, imo.
