Well I left school with barely any GCSE's and I am already a medical secretary within the NHS at the age of 20. I guess only certain careers you need education I.e. doctors etc.

It is a key. But in saying that, being completely stressed out over exams and school work really isn't worth it. I'm currently going through my final year of high school, and i think it's important to remember that it's not the end all be all. But yeah, educations really important. Also being educated in other things is really important, like in mental health and stuff like that

However, I don't see myself doing well without any qualifications. Sure I could have probably have started a business with the help of my parents if I didn't pursue A levels but where is the excitement in that?

Also I've realised that I love school, I love the attention I get in school and I love learning new things. I'm on summer break and I miss school

That depends on what a person needs to do for them to feel "successful".

Being Educated does not mean coming out with a degree or GCSEs or equivalent. Just because you don't have those doesn't mean you're not educated. School teaches you way more than just what 9x9 is or what Hydrogen is. You learn life skills that you can take forward and apply to jobs which don't require qualifications.

I guess it depends on certain individuals, how long they plan ahead etc.

I've only planned up until 2016 and then I will create another 5 year plan, so for me I'm already in my eyes successful because I've achieved my goal early.

I mean, to be able to go higher in the NHS you need degrees, but right now in life education just is not that important, it's more towards the experience.

Its important but i don't believe an education is 100% important to a person's future.

And also I've noticed most employers are looking for a person's past work history and how they present themselves and the equality in them. Which I believe is the right way. What does a degree tell an employer about an individual?

No. Most of the wealthiest businessman are high school dropouts. People need to stop that mentality because the school system is NOT for everyone.

You do NEED to study and be educated in any field if you want to be successful. Education doesn't have to equal school.

Depends on the industry.

If it's something like medicine or engineering, education is key. If it's something like business, education is important, but connections are more important. In business, who you know is more important than what you know.
