eh not really. NEON sounds like a Blackheart/Goldenheart (Whatever Dawn is calling her next solo album) reject with that experimental sound she was going for. Sounds like she took it and just threw DK on it. I didn't really care for that experimental sound sans a few songs on it

NEON is definately an older Dawn song, she had that as a part of her twitter name a longntime ago and it's sound very Goldenheart.
