Hi y'all

I am thinking of buying a professional camera to just take cute pictures and record videos. I really want a HD camera that can film videos in the best possible quality and also take nice pictures. (I'll be vlogging a lot and the quality has to be great)
My budget is around 300-500 euros and I was wondering if y'all could recommend me some good cameras?
I stumbled upon this Canon camera and this Panasonic. Are these any good or do y'all have better recommendations?
