She has done many questionable things but I think you're underestimating Clinton, she is quite respected in many countries, thanks to her "Women Rights are Human Rights" speech in Beijing, China. A lot of you don't see it because you don't seem to care to look for it.
About the change, whether she is nominated or not for the Sec. of State, his administration is already full of former Clinton advisers or old time Washington politicians, so his change message seems to be diminishing. But let's see if he can actually pull it off.
